FUZEON
® Connections™ provides unique, personalized support for your patients and is designed to supplement your training and care. This helps support adherence to a FUZEON-based regimen. The features of this comprehensive support network include:
- A FUZEON Nurse Educator partners with your patients to provide supplemental, in-home education, training and support to help them learn how to prepare and inject FUZEON. Nurses send patient updates by phone or fax after Nurse Connections visits; close case reports are generated upon training completion.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and provide support.
- Online access to information about local organizations and events, and other support materials to keep your patients socially connected and informed.
2006 IAS-USA Panel Recommendations state that for any regimen and all patients, "...adherence to antiretroviral therapy in the short-term and the long-term is crucial for treatment success and must be continually reinforced."1
- Educational materials, current research, online resources and other sources of information and support
- Reimbursement assistance
- Translator services for non-English-speaking FUZEON patients and their caregivers
