What should I do if I get bubbles in the big syringe (3 cc/mL) when I draw the sterile water?

If only a few small bubbles are in the syringe, tap the syringe gently to make the air bubbles rise to the top. If extra air gets into the syringe, gently press the plunger to force any air back into the vial and withdraw the sterile water again, making sure you have 1.1 cc/mL of sterile water in the syringe.
