How do I know if I’m injecting at a 45-degree angle?

If you are injecting into your abdomen (and you are right-handed) the plunger should be angled between 1 o’clock and 2 o’clock. If the plunger was pointing at 3 o’clock, it would be at a 90-degree angle.
